Standard ground shipping is free for all orders over $100. We offer expedited shipping services at an additional charge. These shipping options are only available to US customers. International shipping options are available by request.
All orders are shipped out Monday - Friday. Orders placed Friday evening - Sunday are shipped on the following business day.
Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. During sales and holidays, please allow 2-5 business days for processing.
Tracking information is automatically emailed to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive your tracking information within 1-2 business days, please check your spam folder.
Xscape Evenings will gladly accept returns for items purchased on the www.xscapeevenings.com website within 21 days of delivery date for a full refund. All final sale items are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please note, when using the Xscape Evenings return label, a label fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund.

The dress itself is very nice. The blue you see on the computer is no where near the blue you get. It is more grayish-blue. I think I might keep it but am disappointed in the color.
