Xscape Evenings will gladly accept returns for items purchased on the www.XscapeEvenings.com website within 14 days of delivery date for a refund or free exchange. All final sale items < $100 are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable. A label fee of $10 will automatically be deducted from your refund.

All returned items must be unworn, undamaged with hangers and all tags attached. Dresses with makeup or deodorant stains will not be accepted. We recommend wearing a t-shirt when trying on your dress for the first time.

Exactly Dress I Wanted

This dress is elegant simplicity. I love that it is available in three different colors. It gives the effect of glamour while being absolutely comfortable to wear. I plan to wear this in my son's wedding and wanted to have a beautiful gown and still be comfortable for the long day.

Customer service was very good. I purchased the dress two times because I wanted to see which had the better fit. After deciding, it was easy to return to one I didn't want to keep.

Excellent customer service

I purchased a dress for my daughters wedding. I had an issue with their sizing chart, called the company and Eric was so helpful and kind . They sent me out a different size and that fit perfectly. And he explained how to return the original dress for a full refund. I would give them more stars than five

Although I am returning the dress, Service was great and dress was beautiful. The style was not as flattering as I thought it would be on ME.
