Shipping Policy

Shipping Time

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment, including expedited orders. During sales periods and holidays, processing may take 2–5 business days.

Tracking information is automatically emailed to the address provided at checkout once your order ships. If you do not receive your tracking email within 1–2 business days after shipment, please check your spam or junk folder.

Shipping Rates

Standard ground shipping is $12.95 for all orders shipped within the United States. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout for an additional charge.

Please note that selecting expedited shipping does not reduce order processing time. Expedited shipping refers to the carrier’s transit time after your order has been processed and shipped.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package size, and current carrier rates. Customers are responsible for the full cost of international shipping.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or other import fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country, are not included in the shipping cost paid at checkout, and are the responsibility of the customer.

International delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Please allow additional time for customs processing, which may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery date.
