Returns & Exchanges

For domestic orders, you can initiate a return directly on our return portal.

US customers can use our return portal to start this request.

Customers from Canada can email us at hello@bbxco.com to initiate an exchange. Please note that for all other international orders, exchanges are not accepted at this time.

Once our warehouse receives your return package you will be refunded. It can take 3-5 business days to show on your bank statement.

We offer ground and expedited shipping for domestic and international orders. Once you're at checkout, add your address, and our various shipping options will be made available to you.

Yes if you are ordering from outside of the US, you are responsible for any duties or tariffs imposed by customs.

If your package says delivered please allow up to 24 hours for it to show up.

UPS usually requires 24 hours to file a missing package claim. If your package shows that it is delivered please check with neighbors or if it's hiding somewhere.
