Shipping Time:

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday will ship the following Monday. Tracking information is automatically emailed to the address provided at checkout. If you do not receive your tracking email within 1–2 business days, please check your spam or junk folder.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment, including expedited orders. During sales periods and holidays, processing may take 2–5 business days.

Shipping Rates:

Standard ground shipping is $12.95 for all orders shipped to the US. Expedited shipping options are also available at an additional charge.

International shipping options are also offered. Please refer to the chart below for specific details regarding flat rates for international standard shipping. Shipping rates may vary based on your exact location and the courier's discretion. Please be advised that shipping charges are not refundable and customers are responsible for any tariffs or duties imposed by customs. 

Domestic Returns & Exchanges

Try it on at home with confidence. We offer easy returns within 14 days of delivery and free exchanges within 30 days.

All items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, dresses must be unworn, in original condition, with labels and our signature 360 ribbon still attached. Our signature ribbon helps ensure a smooth return. Simply keep it attached while trying on your dress. 

A return shipping fee of $12.95 for 1–2 items and $14.95 for 3 or more items applies.

Exchanges are always free.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Once your return is received and processed, please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to be reflected in your account.

Final Sale Policy

Styles ending in $.97 are Final Sale and are offered at exclusive pricing. As a result, these items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Damaged or Defective Dresses

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective dress, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly send a replacement in the same style and size (if available), or issue a refund if a replacement is not available.

International Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for international orders within 14 days of delivery.

To help facilitate your return, you can request a return label through our return portal, where shipping is charged at the exact carrier rate. You’re also welcome to use your own preferred shipping method. Please include your order number or packing slip with your return.

Exchanges are available for international orders, with return shipping costs covered by the customer.

Please note: Duties and tariffs are non-refundable and must be handled through your local customs office.
