All orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday will ship the following Monday. Shipping Rates:
Standard ground shipping is $12.95 for all orders shipped to the US. Expedited shipping options are also available at an additional charge.

Please be advised that shipping charges are not refundable and customers are responsible for any tariffs or duties imposed by customs.

For domestic orders, Xscape Evenings allows returns for items bought on www.xscapeevenings.com within 14 days of delivery for a refund and within 30 days for a free exchange. All items marked as final sale are not returnable or exchangeable.
All dresses must be unworn and in original condition, with labels and our signature 360 ribbon securely attached.
A return label fee of $12.95 will be deducted from all refunds. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Once the return is received and processed, please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Final Sale Policy
Styles ending in $.97 are Final Sale. These pieces are offered at exclusive pricing and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, including for store credit.
If you receive a damaged or defective dress, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to exchange it for the same style and size (if available) or issue a refund if the desired size is no longer in stock.
International
For international orders, Xscape Evenings allows returns for items purchased on www.xscapeevenings.com within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Customers from Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, and Singapore can request a return label from our return portal. The cost of the return label will be the exact carrier rate and will be charged to the customer. We do not offer a flat-rate return fee for international orders.
Exchanges are available for international orders. Customers are responsible for purchasing the return shipping label through our return portal at the exact carrier rate.
All final sale items under $100 are non-returnable. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once your return is received, please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
If you are returning an item from a country not listed above, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@bbxco.com. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the full cost of return shipping. Please include your packing slip or order number with your return.
